Goracon windpower access systems LP, a Lawrenceville, Georgia-based climb assist and service platform manufacturer, has been awarded 5 separate contracts for a total of 343 G-climbers to be installed in wind towers across the Midwest and Canada.

The bulk of the G-climbers ordered are of the “Cold Climate Version” type. A further development of goracon’s standard G-climber Type GKS for extreme cold temperatures. A CCV G-climber, type GKS unit will operate normally in temperatures as low as -30°C
